This bestselling Ready For Battle Sword Dao is inspired by the ‘General of Weapons’ – a curved sword traditional in eastern cultures. It features a balanced single-edged blade, popular with cavalry and effective at chopping and slashing. The blade is slightly curved with a fake-edge meant to improve its piercing effectiveness, and attaches to the split-leather wrapped handle with an oval-shaped cross-guard. The pommel is rounded, matching the blade’s overall design.

While Asian-inspired, the RFB Dao is low-fantasy enough to be used in almost any setting. Made from durable closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can feel confident that your LARP weapon will provide the safety and appeal you want when crafting your kit.

Für den Preis in Ordnung.

Also wenn man nach einer Orientalisch geformten Klinge sucht ist es für den Preiß ganz ok aber es gibt ein paar Punkte zu verbessern:
1. Der Griff ist dünn und rund, man muss die Hand manchmal unangenehm stark schließen und das ausrichten der Klinge ist schwer.
2. Es ist unfassbar leicht, fast schon unangenhem leicht, vermutlich zu wenig Gewichtung um den Kernstab
3. Man findet , wenn man Europäische Schwerter oder Bauernwehren etc. haben möchte in der Preisliga deutlich besser verarbeitete Schwerter, da ich mir aber eine Orientchar machen möchte ist die schlichtheit dieses Schwertes sein großer Pluspunkt da es grob ins Orientalische passt und eine angenehme Länge hat, es ist nicht wirklich ein Dao , es erinnert mich eher an ein Malchus. die klinge ist sehr dick , also die gefahr jemand zu verletzen ist mit dem Schwert unfassbar gering.

Ich will es nicht zu schlecht reden, es hat keine 60 Euro gekostet aber es ist halt auch nicht viel dran , sehr schlicht und sehr sehr leicht.
